Kangaroo Pop policy

Activation and refund policy

When the creator activation fee is charged, discounted, non-refundable, or eligible for a narrow platform-failure refund.

Effective August 30, 2026

Charge timing

The $1,000 customer activation Checkout is created after the creator accepts the versioned platform terms. Stripe owns eligible Promotion Code entry and validation and calculates the discount and final total. Automatic tax is not enabled for the current activation charge, and a 100% discount may complete without a PaymentIntent. Canceling or leaving Checkout does not unlock setup; an expired Session returns the customer to a new activation Checkout.

Customer withdrawal

A customer that withdraws after payment is not entitled to a refund. Costs incurred entering catalog data, obtaining samples, configuring providers, or preparing a domain also remain the customer's responsibility.

Narrow refund

A full audited refund is available only when Kangaroo Pop or a required provider cannot deliver customer activation despite truthful, complete, eligible information and reasonable customer cooperation. A platform administrator must record the verified failure reason before the refund job is queued.

Processing

Stripe owns the refund movement. Kangaroo Pop records the provider refund identity, closes the incomplete activation, notifies the customer and platform administrator, and does not claim success until the provider reports a terminal successful refund.
